    • All orders provide a tracking number and are sent through New Zealand Post
    • Price includes postage and packaging 
    • We are unable to ship to any PO Box Addresses
    • A signature is required upon delivery unless specified in the checkout
    • Orders are processed from the POP Nails online store in Auckland, New Zealand

    POP Nails & Beauty will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.

    We also provide the option of Click & Collect which gives you the flexibility of ordering online and the convenience of being able to pick up your order from Dry & Tea City Works depot Salon.

    We will confirm by email as soon as your order is ready for collection and this will generally be within one working day. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID for collection. 

    When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    POP Nails & Beauty will exchange or refund any item purchased through www.popnails.co.nz, with the exception of sale items, within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.  If you wish to exchange an item please email us (info@popnails.co.nz) as soon as possible to reserve another item.

    Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit but can be exchanged for something of equal or greater value (plus additional cost). If you return a SALE item to us for a refund, we will be unable to process it and will have it shipped back to you at your own expense. Sale items can only be returned if faulty. 

    Returned items must be in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

    Items purchased online can only be returned for an exchange or refunded on the card supplied to our online store. Purchases made instore cannot be returned to the online store.

    POP Nails & Beauty will assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed. Returns & exchanges may only be made via www.popnails.co.nz, and not at any POP Nails Salon. Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

    You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from POP Nails & Beauty

    All returns & exchanges must be registered with info@popnails.co.nz correctly packaged with the original order number referenced clearly on the outside of the parcel, and sent to:

    POP Nails & Beauty is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
